Abbotsford Karate Club

Abbotsford Karate Club – Sekukan helps our students grow strong bodies and strong minds, stressing fitness, realistic self-defence, and character development in a positive, supportive, environment. We teach traditional Shotokan karate as well as Jiu Jitsu, and Kobudo (Okinawan weapons) Our students compete in tournaments as well.  Chief Instructor, Paul Sexton, is a sixth degree black belt in Japanese karate, and third degree black belt in Kobudo with a teaching license directly from Okinawa. Continuous enrolment from October to May. Abbotsford Karate Club is the real thing – straight from Japan/ Okinawa. We have reasonable rates and offer a family discount. Ages 8 and up.
